Compensation: Competitive base + bonus (total compensation range: $375k - $425k)

About the role

What You'll Be Doing

As a Quantitative Research Developer, you will play a key role in enhancing our investment strategies and research capabilities.

• Implement new investment strategies in coordination with the research team.
• Develop new proprietary research tools and enhance existing ones.
• Evaluate and create solutions to increase the speed and capabilities of the research process.
• Collaborate on other software engineering tasks as needed.

Who We're Looking For

• Exceptional skills in one or more programming languages: C++, Java, Python, or R.
• Commitment to writing testable, shareable, fault-tolerant, and scalable code.
• Strong interest in quantitative finance, with a background or interest in math or machine learning being a plus.
• Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline from a well-regarded program.
• 2+ years of experience in a professional software engineering role.
